Need Help With a Ritualist/Monk build
I was Playing the other day and met a Ritualists(I cant remember what his secondary profession was). He was able to summon like 4 spirits in like seconds. I do know his name it was I Run Into Walls. But i would like some ideas to know wat kind of build he used and wat ritualists weapons I should get for my char. Im new to the faction game and could use some help so any ideas would be awsome.

no need to bo /monk for healing. rits can heal like a boss. also spirit spam is kind of meh imo, your /mo should be for condition/hex removal

Even faster.

But from what I can tell, most Rt/Mo builds out side of farming fail. Restoration has plenty of condition removal, use [expel hexes] for hex removal.

I don't have EotN, but i think you get them at the end of the game or something...
And just to be sure, know that the 40/40 sets only account for spells, not binding rituals.
A good resto bar Dr. Strangelove posted a while ago:
[Weapon of Warding][Life][PwK][Spirit Light][Mend Body and Soul][Offering of Spirit][Death Pact Signet] or [FomF]
The two optional slot can be filled with [Vengeful Weapon][Weapon of Shadow] or [Great Dwarf Armor].
Generally, it's best to hybrid with Channeling.
The standard bar:
[Weapon of Warding][Splinter Weapon][ANcestors' Rage][Offering of Spirit][Life][PwK][Death pact signet] or [FomF]
The optional slot could either be [Mend Body and SOul] or [Wielder's Boon]

Ta Da.
It works rather well on a ritualist, but there are better options for secondary professions.

Nice thnx for the build I am currently using it now and it works perfect for the missions.... Now some ppl said dont bother with the communing weapons??? So what is prob with communing and then wat is a good Weapon to go for a Ritualist that is either Channeling or Spawning(Looking for opinions here like wich is better chnnling or spwning)

Communing is a weak line unless you're going spirits, which aren't that great either; restor's spirits are better. Communing tends to lack mobility though you can circumvent this problem with [skill]summon spirits[/skill]. Another reason why communing is weak is because the Channeling/Restor lines are just better and the hybrid is probably the most dominant build for rits at the moment.
Also, spawning is the worst primary att in the game. Avoid it if possible.

If that is true, then primary Rits are in trouble. What is the point of being a primary Rit when you can always use a N/Rt for soul reaping?
Aren't the Spawning Power energy management skills worth anything?

Everyone seems to think that the N/Rt is the end all for everything ritualist. This is hardly the case.
N/Rt is meant for the hero healer who has no notion of emangement. A decent human Hybrid monk is preferential over the N/Rt spammer. If you think you can be a N/Rt healer spam, you've basically reduce yourself to the level of a hero as spamming doesn't require any skill. You have a billion UBers who can attest to that. On the other hand, a rit hybrid support acutally takes some semblance of intelligence.
Being a primary rit allows you to choose a secondary to complement your and your team's needs.
The primary rit can also go 14 channel or restoration, or even higher should they choose to.
Also even though Spawning is the most useless of primary att, there are still builds such as Songkai healer and Rit lord that can be useful at times. However, the most "useful" build for support at the moment is a hybrid channel/restor that doesn't need spawning to be useful.

The cool thing about channeling/restoration hybrid is that it's a CONCEPT, not an actual BUILD, which means I could could use very different skills than another hybrid Ritualist and still be effective team support.

Yes but at the same time, this concept is some what limited due to the uselessness of certain skills such as [Spirit Siphon] or [Renewing Surge].

The hybrid is a bit less flexible than it seems. Certain skills such as splinter, ancestor's, kaoai, warding are just too effective to find a substitute. mend b&s, death pact sig, and life are also exceptionally good for their purpose. That really leaves the elite being one of the more flexible slot, which is kind of ironic.

I asked because the concept build is also used by the ever popular N/Rt hero which many people wanted to switch to a Rt primary hero for a long time but Soul Reaping is just too good. The main reason for using a N/Rt is obviously energy which was what made me asked about spawning power energy mgmt skills for the primary Rts.
By the way, how about [[Resilient Weapon] replacing Weapon of Warding?

If they lowered the casting time on [Attuned was Songkai] as well as make heroes use it before they start running too low on energy, then I'd be tempted to make a Resto/Spawning hero.
